This report is currently available in Russian language only. However, we can provide an English version of the report within 3 weeks after receiving a payment.

This report is the second edition of a study on the polyamide market, covering both the global market and the markets of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) countries.

The study aims to analyze the polyamide market in Russia and the EAEU countries (which, in addition to Russia, include Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, and Kyrgyzstan), as well as the global market for this product.

The subject of the study is polyamides—plastics based on linear synthetic high-molecular-weight compounds containing amide groups (−CONH−) in the main chain.

This work is a desk-based study. Information sources included data from the statistical committees of EAEU countries (including Rosstat, the National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus, and the Bureau of National Statistics of the Agency for Strategic Planning and Reforms of the Republic of Kazakhstan); international databases such as the UN (UNdata), World Bank, and Eurostat; international and European trade data (UN Comtrade, Trade Map); the Unified Information System in the Sphere of Procurement; railway transportation statistics; the SBIS database; data from specialized foreign companies; annual and quarterly reports from securities issuers; industry and regional press; conference materials; websites of manufacturers and consumers of the products under study; scientific and technical literature (eLibrary, etc.); the FIPS patent database; the Infomine database; and others.

The study covers the period from 2015 to 2025, with an estimate for 2026 and a forecast for 2027–2035.

Geographic scope: Russia—comprehensive, detailed market analysis; global and EAEU countries—general retrospective market analysis.

The report consists of 7 sections and comprises 111 pages, including 28 figures, 33 tables, and 2 appendices.

The first chapter focuses on the global polyamide market. This section presents data on production capacities, international trade, sales prices, consumption, and development prospects for the global polyamide market.

The second chapter outlines industrial polyamide production technologies, production capacities within the EAEU, and the primary raw materials used in its manufacture.

The third chapter analyzes polyamide production in the EAEU. It details product quality requirements, tracks production trends, provides volume data for 2015–2025, offers an estimate for 2026 production, and profiles leading manufacturers and their current status.

The fourth chapter analyzes foreign trade in polyamide involving Russia and EAEU countries from 2015 to 2025. It presents export and import volumes, outlines the geographical structure of shipments, and analyzes data on specific polyamide exporters and importers.

The fifth chapter details polyamide price levels on the Russian domestic market and analyzes trends in export and import prices for the product in Russia between 2015 and 2025.

The sixth chapter focuses on polyamide consumption in Russia. This section presents the production-consumption balance, outlines the product's application structure in Russia, examines key usage areas, and describes the largest consumer enterprises.

The seventh and final chapter provides a forecast for polyamide production and consumption in Russia through 2035.

The appendices contain contact information for Russian polyamide manufacturers and major consumers that process the product.

Target audience:

– participants in the polyamide market and the market for raw materials used in its production;

– potential investors.

The proposed study is intended to serve as a reference guide for marketing departments and decision-makers operating in the chemical products market.
