This report is the second edition of the study of the aluminum oxychloride (AOCh, POCh) market.
The purpose of the study is to analyze the aluminum oxychloride market in Russia and the EAEU.
The object of the study is aluminum oxychloride (AOCh).
This work is a desk study. The following sources of information were used: data from statistical committees of the EAEU countries (including Rosstat, the National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus, the Bureau of National Statistics of the Agency for Strategic Planning and Reforms of the Republic of Kazakhstan); international UN databases (UNdata), World Bank, Eurostat; international and European trade data (UN Comtrade, Trade Map); the Federal Customs Service of the Russian Federation (until 2022); the Unified Information System in the Sphere of Procurement; railway transportation statistics; SBIS database; foreign specialized companies; annual and quarterly reports of issuers of securities; industry and regional press, conference materials, Internet sites of manufacturing enterprises and consumers of the studied products; scientific and technical literature (elibrary, etc.), FIPS patent database; InfoMine database, etc.
Research chronological framework: 2016-2023; estimate - 2024; forecast - up to 2030.
Research geography: Russian Federation - comprehensive detailed market analysis, other EAEU countries - general retrospective analysis.
The report consists of 6 parts, contains 83 pages, including 22 figures, 34 tables and 4 appendices.
The first chapter of the review presents methods for producing aluminum oxychloride, raw materials for the manufacture of this product, directions and volumes of raw material supplies.
The second chapter is devoted to the production of aluminum oxychloride in the EAEU countries in 2016-2023. This chapter presents the quality requirements for various grades of the product, data on the volumes and structure of reagent production in the CIS countries, and describes the current state of the main enterprises producing aluminum oxychloride.
The third chapter of the review provides data on foreign trade operations with aluminum oxychloride in the Russian Federation, as well as in other EAEU countries in 2016-2023.
The fourth chapter provides information on domestic prices for aluminum oxychloride in Russia in 2018-2024, and also analyzes data on changes in export-import prices for products in Russia.
The fifth chapter of the review examines the consumption of aluminum oxychloride in Russia in 2016-2023. This section provides a production-consumption balance for this product, industry and regional consumption structures, main consumers, as well as the current state and development prospects of the largest application industries and consumer enterprises.
The sixth chapter of the review provides a forecast for the development of the Russian market for the reagent under study for the period up to 2030.
The appendices provide address and contact information for the main enterprises producing and consuming aluminum oxychloride, as well as a list of the largest enterprises in the main consumer industries.
