This report is the ninth edition of the fluorite market research in the EAEU countries and the world.
Market monitoring has been carried out since September 2002.
The purpose of the study is to analyze the fluorite market in Russia, the world and the EAEU countries, as well as its processing chains in the non-ferrous metallurgy, ferrous metallurgy, chemical industry and cement industries.
The objects of research are fluorite ore, fluorite concentrate lump and flotation metallurgical, acid and welding grades, as well as fluorite briquettes.
This work is a desk research. Data from the statistical committees of the EAEU countries (including Rosstat, the National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus, the Bureau of National Statistics of the Agency for Strategic Planning and Reforms of the Republic of Kazakhstan) were used as sources of information; UN international databases (UNdata), WorldBank, Eurostat; international and European trade data (UN Comtrade, TradeMap); Federal Customs Service of the Russian Federation (until 2022); Unified information system in the field of procurement; railway transport statistics; VLSI databases; foreign specialized companies; annual and quarterly reports of securities issuers; industry and regional press, conference materials, Internet sites of manufacturing enterprises and consumers of the products under study; scientific and technical literature (elibrary, etc.), FIPS patent database; the Infomine database, as well as Internet sites of enterprises producing fluorite and fluorine-containing products.
Chronological scope of the study: 2002-2023; forecast up to 2030
Geography of the study: Russian Federation, Kazakhstan, Belarus, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan - general retrospective market analysis; rest of the world - general information about market dynamics and characteristics.
The report consists of 7 parts, contains 84 pages, including 24 tables, 17 figures and 2 appendices.
The first chapter of the report provides a brief description of the global fluorite market in 2007-2023. (reserves, production, production, producing countries, prices, consumption and demand trends). Data on global trade in fluorite concentrate in 2004-2023 is also provided.
The second chapter of the report provides information about the mineral resource base of fluorite in the world, the structure of reserves and characteristics of the main deposits.
The third chapter of the report is devoted to the mining and production of fluorite in Russia in 2008-2023. In addition, the requirements for the quality of fluorite concentrates of various grades are given and the technologies used in the enrichment of fluorite ores of various compositions are described.
The fourth chapter of the report describes the current state of the main fluorite producing enterprises in Russia and the EAEU countries, and provides quantitative and qualitative characteristics of the products produced by the main enterprises.
The fifth chapter of the report provides data on foreign trade operations with fluorite concentrate in the Russian Federation for the period 2002-2023, in Kazakhstan, Belarus and Kyrgyzstan - 2009-2023. Export and import prices for fluorite in the Russian Federation in 2002-2023 are also considered.
The sixth chapter of the report is devoted to the consumption of fluorite concentrate in Russia in 2009-2023. This section shows the balance of production and consumption of these products in 2002-2023. industry structure of consumption, the main consumers are given, as well as the current state and development prospects of the largest consumer enterprises.
The seventh chapter of the report provides a forecast for the development of the Russian fluorite market for the period until 2030.
Appendices 1 and 2 provide contact information for the main enterprises producing and consuming fluorite concentrates in Russia.
Target audience of the study:
- participants in the market for fluorite concentrate and chains of its further use (fluoride salts, cryolite, steel, refrigerants, cement) - producers, consumers, traders;
- potential investors.
The proposed study purports to be a reference guide for marketing services and management decision-makers working in the fluorite market.
